Rental Programme Criteria
• The investment property must be purchased
through Florida Property Showcase and
managed by one of our
preferred Management Companies
• The investment property must be located within a community that is zoned for short term rentals and is within 15 minutes drive of Walt Disney World.

• The investment property will be rented out
at the rates in the Management contract for a minimum of 30 weeks a
year, once the home is available for rental.
• The guaranteed 30 week occupancy is offered by
ourselves and is written into the management agreement.
• Owners own use or owner bookings
will reduce the guaranteed rental occupancy accordingly.
• The occupancy is guaranteed as
are the rates per night your home will earn for you. See examples of
income rates in our full information pack.
• If you can use the vacation home or place owner bookings in
early December, mid to end of January or May, these are the times when
traditionally your home would be empty. This way you have little or no
impact in the annual occupancy.
• Homes are commonly full 32 to 38 weeks a year
• DO NOT BELIEVE occupancy claims above this level
30 - 34 weeks occupancy is a typical
break even situation for a 3 Bed home with a heated pool based on a 60%
mortgage (ie annual running costs and mortgage covered).
• The management company will reimburse you at the
weekly rate for the home should it fail to get you 30 weeks rentals per
annum... this clause is added to your management agreement. 30 weeks a
year is only around 60% occupancy and is very easy to achieve.
